New Playground at LTES

The Dieringer Education Foundation and LTES PTA partnered to bring a long-awaited dream to life at Lake Tapps Elementary — a brand-new playground for students to enjoy! Installed over the summer, the new structure replaces the aging wooden playground and provides a safe, fun, and engaging space for kids to play and learn together.

This project has been years in the making. The LTES PTA worked tirelessly to raise funds over several years, leading the charge with incredible commitment and vision. Thanks to their determination—and the enthusiastic support of students and sponsors—the project was already well underway.

The Dieringer Education Foundation contributed final funding this spring, making it possible for construction to happen this summer rather than several years down the road.

We’re thrilled to see this beautiful new playground open and filled with laughter and excitement. Congratulations to the LTES PTA, students, and community for making this wonderful improvement a reality!
